SNTP
Time infrastructure

Clock drift is a silent outage. We catch it first.

SNTP watches time synchronisation across your fleet — NTP reachability, offset, stratum and leap-second handling — and warns you long before logs, TLS or billing start disagreeing.

The product

01

Drift detection

Continuous offset sampling with per-host baselines. A server that slides 40 ms in an hour is flagged, not buried.

02

Reachability map

Every NTP source and client is probed on a schedule, so a dead pool member or a blocked UDP port is visible in minutes.

03

Audit-ready reports

Export a time-integrity report per period. Useful for SOC 2 evidence and for incident post-mortems.

How it works

1. Point us at your fleet

Install the relay or feed us your host list. No inbound firewall changes required.

2. Baseline for a week

We learn normal offsets per subnet and per workload class, then switch on alerting.

3. Route alerts

Slack, PagerDuty, webhook. Severity follows the size of the offset, not the noise of the host.

Contact

Pilots

We run a small number of pilots each quarter. Write to [email protected] with your fleet size.

Under the hood

Built on standard ntpq and chrony telemetry. Nothing proprietary on your hosts.
